Tartelette In Bloom Palette | Review & Swatches

Thank you Tarte.

Finally, a palette that is as beautiful inside as it is out. There’s no denying it, whether you’re an eyeshadow lover or not that this is a piece of art. Tarte have clearly not only spent a long time creating the 12 never-before-seen shades inside, but the packinging is so exquisite that it would easily win a place in the Louvre. The shadows themselves feature 9 mattes and 3 lusters and is set out in such a way that you don’t have to worry which shade will go with what as it’s already done for you (but obviously you can mix it up how you want). Although the palette consists of neautral shades, it is so unbelievably versatile as there’s so many different looks you can create. And I can’t forget to mention the ginormous mirror in the lid which makes it the perfect palette for travelling with as some mirrors that companies include are incredibly small so it’s pointless even having them there.

Although I don’t own the original Tartelette Palette as it’s more cool/purple toned for me and doesn’t include any shimmers (no shimmers, no sale), I have read on many a blog that the formula is just the same amazing quality, if not better. The formula gets a 10/10 from me as it’s so creamy and easy to blend & I am yet to have any fall out when using it.

Here’s a swatch of the shadows in all their glory:

And if you’re still wondering whether or not to buy this palette, I’ll leave you with this final thought.

It smells of marshmallows and vanilla frosting.

Have you tried this palette yet? What do you think? Or if you haven’t been able to get your hands on it yet, have I made you want it even more?

Leave me a comment in the box below!

Ciao for now

  1. You just sold me on this palette with the marshmallows and vanilla frosting smells. I have the original Tarte Tartelette and I LOVE it; so I’m 100% sure I will love this one too πŸ™‚
