It’s such a simple product in your makeup routine but can make a world of difference. And if you’re an oily gal like myself, powder can be the difference between looking like a woman who’s got her life together, or a walking, talking oil slick.
There’s been a lot of buzz recently in the blogosphere around the RCMA No Color Powder, so I decided to see for myself what it was all about.
So without further ado, let’s get into shall we?
Every ‘translucent’ powder I have ever tried has oxidised my foundation and concealer, but this just sets everything in place without changing anything at all like an invisible, velvet-like veil. It is so very finely milled that it doesn’t leave any unwanted texture on the skin which can sometimes be a huge problem with other powders giving you the infamous ‘cake face’. It works like an absolute dream under the eyes whether you’re baking or just setting and doesn’t give you that Casper look when someone unexpectedly whips out a camera.
You know sometimes you can go just that little heavy handed with powder and there’s absolutely no going back? (C’mon we’ve all been there). Well somehow, you could put a ton of the RCMA No Color Powder on your face and you still don’t look powdery! How you ask? I haven’t a clue, maybe it’s part fairy dust.
Oh and the best thing? It’s under a tenner.
There’s literally nothing I don’t love about this powder. It sets your makeup beautifully and it keeps you matte all day – what’s not to love?
Have you tried the RCMA No Color Powder? Or have I convinced you to give it a whirl?
Let me know in the comments below!
If you live in the US as far as I know it’s widely available & if you live in the UK like me, there’s a few websites that are currently selling it – I got mine from Guru’s Makeup Emporium here.
Ciao for now,
